Full Body Flow Yoga
This yoga class offers the perfect combination of a whole body workout as well as meditation and stretching to rejuvenate and restore you. KFC – Kick From the Core
KFC includes vertical core exercises, cardio-kickboxing, and plyometric techniques to burn calories while toning your butt, thighs, & midsection.
