Yoga Booty Ballet
An LA-based dynamic fusion of cardio dance, yoga, booty sculpting, and strength training. Yoga Booty Ballet uses ABC training: working your abs with ab-sculpting yoga, tightening your booty with booty lifting ballet, and shedding pounds with fat blasting cardio. After only one hour of moving to a combination of pop, hip-hop, rock, new age and classical music you’ll leave feeling refreshed, energized, and craving more. Fear not, not prima ballerinas here, beginners welcome.
This class uses bodily postures, breathing techniques, and meditation with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. There are nearly 200 hatha yoga postures, with hundreds of variations, which work to make the spine supple and to promote circulation in all the organs, glands, and tissues. The postures also stretch and align the body, promoting balance and flexibility.
This class focuses first on developing strength through the core of the body–the back, abdomen and hips providing a foundation to continue working the rest of the body. The concentration is not only on strength but also flexibility and coordination. The exercises work to achieve overall body fitness, elongated supple muscles, and balance between body and mind, with all the parts of a person working as a whole.
Core Barre Ballet
A unique combination of graceful ballet barre and toning work. This class is designed to target thighs, arms and core. Look leaner and feel balanced, graceful and sculpted.
A beginner ballet class for those who want to learn the basics of classical ballet with a modern twist. Start with core strengthening movements to lengthen and tone your core, legs and arms then move to the bar to learn basic ballet movements. Finally progress to the dance floor to string together the sequence of moves you learned at the bar.
One hour of sweating with cardio dancing, stretching and calisthenics. Each class introduces you to an easy-to-follow super fun string of choreography paired with your favorite beats.
Sing out while you work out! Zing!(TM) is a total body workout designed to increase your strength, endurance, flexibility and balance as you sing along to pop and Broadway hits. Learn to breathe more fully and vocalize from the core… you don’t have to be a singer! You’ll have so much fun, you’ll forget you’re exercising!
Core Floor & More
An hour of core and overall body toning exercises derived from Pilates and Lotte Berk fundamentals. This class helps you achieve a long, lean, sculpted and alignes body. Take this class 3 times a week and watch your body transform in front of your very eyes.
Get taken through the basic series of hatha yoga. This class provides stregnthening as well as stretching benefits.
Hard Core Abs (6 Pack Abs):
A half an hour class of the all newest ab sculpting moves. Train all the muscles in your core so you stand straighter, avoid injuries and blast fat fast!

Make sure your ready to work muscles you didn’t know you had, move your body like you never knew you could, and have a ton of fun while doing it! All levels of experience are welcome.
